35 Bible Verses About Strength and Being Strengthened
What Does the Bible Say About Strength and Being Strengthened
Important Note: Before reading these Bible verses, it is my hope, first and foremost, that we remember that the Bible wasn't written to us, but for us. That said, we ought to approach the Bible as something more than a personal book that we come to in order to 'get us through the day' or 'feel better'. I say this because these Bible verses on strength and being strengthened are singled out and obviously removed from their original context. In doing so, I am not advocating study that replaces thorough, contextual, exegetical work. It is my prayer that we remember to study the Bible as best we can in its original context before we recontextualize and seek its application to our own lives. With all of this in mind, here are 35 Bible Verses about strength and being strengthened, both of which are evidently available to all who call on the Lord.

There is no commandment greater than these." "Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices."
